Work is based on the agreed service scope, property condition, access, volume, and customer instructions.

Most projects require a one-third deposit to secure scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must identify valuables, provide safe access, and disclose hazards before service begins.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, billing details, photos, project notes, service preferences, and messages you send to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide quotes, schedule appointments, confirm job details, process payments, send invoices, answer support questions, document service work, and improve customer service.

3. Photos, Videos & Job Documentation

RestoreProExperts may take before, during, and after photos or videos for estimates, documentation, progress updates, proof of work, insurance or liability protection, and quality control. We do our best to avoid displaying private customer details publicly without permission.

4. Payments & Billing Information

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment services. RestoreProExperts does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on this website. Customers should not send full card numbers by text, email, or regular message.

5. Text, Email & Phone Communication

By contacting RestoreProExperts, requesting a quote, submitting a form, or scheduling service, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request, estimate, appointment, invoice, payment, or follow-up support.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for giving accurate contact information, correct service addresses, safe property access, clear instructions, and notice of any hazards, restricted areas, valuables, sentimental items, legal documents, medications, firearms, chemicals, biohazards, or items that should not be removed.

8. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are based on availability, job size, travel distance, weather, disposal site access, and customer readiness. Deposits may be required to reserve a date. Same-day cancellations, lack of access, or major scope changes may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

9. Refund Policy

Deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling, preparation, travel planning, labor reservation, or materials coordination has begun. Refund requests are reviewed case by case depending on work completed, expenses incurred, and written agreements.
