✓

Scope-Based Work

Work is based on the agreed service scope, property condition, access, volume, and customer instructions.

$

Deposit Required

Most projects require a one-third deposit to secure scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

!

Customer Responsibility

Customers must identify valuables, provide safe access, and disclose hazards before service begins.

1. Scope of Services

RestoreProExperts provides property cleanouts, junk removal, hoarding cleanup, deep cleaning, estate cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, debris removal, and related cleanup support. Services are limited to the written or agreed-upon scope for each project.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Service Changes

Estimates are based on information provided by the customer, photos, walkthroughs, access conditions, item volume, labor needs, disposal fees, travel, and project difficulty. Final pricing may change if the actual scope, volume, hazard level, access, or disposal needs are different than originally described.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total project cost may be required upfront to secure scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepted payment methods may include Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or other approved methods.

4. Scheduling, Access & Utilities

The customer must provide safe access to the property, work areas, gates, driveways, buildings, and utilities when needed. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, blocked areas, unavailable decision-makers, or missing instructions may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

5. Customer Belongings & Valuable Items

The customer is responsible for removing or clearly identifying all valuables, sentimental items, legal documents, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, collectibles, and important property before work begins. RestoreProExperts is not responsible for loss, damage, or disposal of items that were not removed or clearly identified in advance.

6. Abandoned Property & Disposal

Items located within the approved work area may be treated as approved for removal unless the customer clearly identifies them as items to keep before service begins. Items may be discarded, donated, recycled, or disposed of unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Hazardous, Biohazard & Unsafe Conditions

Some properties may contain sharp objects, mold, pests, bodily fluids, animal waste, chemicals, unsafe structures, biohazards, or other dangerous conditions. The customer acknowledges these risks and agrees to disclose known hazards before service begins. RestoreProExperts is not a medical provider and does not guarantee elimination of all health risks unless specifically stated in writing.

8. Pre-Existing Damage & Limitation of Liability

RestoreProExperts is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, contamination, hidden hazards, fragile materials, loose flooring, weak walls, plumbing issues, electrical issues, pest damage, or unsafe property conditions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. No Guarantee of Complete Restoration

RestoreProExperts works to improve the property condition based on the agreed scope of work, but does not guarantee complete restoration, full sanitation, odor removal, pest elimination, mold remediation, structural repair, or property code compliance unless specifically included in writing.

10. Photos, Videos & Documentation

RestoreProExperts may take before, during, and after photos or videos for job documentation, quality control, progress tracking, proof of work, and liability protection. Customer-identifying details will be handled with care.

11. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Delays

Customers should provide notice as early as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be applied toward reserved scheduling, administrative time, travel planning, and preparation. Same-day cancellations, restricted access, or major delays may result in fees.

12. Customer Approval & Digital Acceptance

By approving a quote, paying a deposit, signing a proposal, checking an online agreement box, submitting a service request, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these terms. Digital acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

Any disputes should first be submitted to RestoreProExperts in writing so both parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Where applicable, disputes may be handled through binding arbitration in Georgia or Florida, depending on the service location and written agreement.
